Dr. Ashley Parsons

Dr. Parsons joined Grove Eye Care in 2014 and is available to see new patients at both the Carytown and Midlothian locations. Her areas of interest include geriatric eye care and ocular disease, specifically the treatment and management of glaucoma.

Dr. Robert Levy joins us from one of the local ophthalmology practices, where he has practiced medical eye care for the last ten years.

Dr. Mark MacMillan
Dr. Mark P. MacMillan

Dr. Mark P. MacMillan, originally from the Midlothian area, graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2007. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Optometry from the Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas in 2013. Following graduation he completed his residency in cornea and contact lens at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.
