Jen Craven has been an integral member of the Grove Eye Care team since 2016, when she first joined the practice as a front desk member. Her commitment, leadership skills, and exceptional rapport with patients quickly earned her the role of Front Desk Manager, and later, the Midlothian Office Manager—a position created in response to both the company’s growth and Jen’s expanding impact.
Since entering the eye care industry in 2016, Jen has brought a strong background in customer service and management. Her approach to patient care emphasizes building authentic relationships, and she strives to make every patient feel like family—ensuring a warm, personalized experience. In addition to managing the day-to-day activities of the office, Jen also serves as the coordinator for Grove Eye Care’s expanding Dry Eye and Aesthetics clinic.
Outside the office, Jen enjoys cooking, spending time at her family’s river house, and going on cruises whenever she gets the chance. Her cat, Bitty, brings plenty of entertainment and happiness to her daily life.
