Jessica Johnsrud has been a dedicated member of the Grove Eye Care team since 2016, when she began her journey as a Certified Optometric Technician. With a natural talent for leadership and a deep commitment to patient care, she quickly advanced into the role of Technician Manager in 2018. Her continued drive for excellence and passion for team development led to her promotion to Practice Manager in 2024.
In her current role, Jessica oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that every aspect runs efficiently and with intention. She thrives on finding ways to streamline processes, elevate patient and staff experiences, and bring order to complexity – often with the help of her beloved spreadsheets. Her commitment to creating a positive, professional, and collaborative environment is felt throughout the office.
Beyond her work at Grove Eye Care, Jessica enjoys a full and busy life with her husband, Cory, their two sons, Oakley and Walker, and their two dogs, Mia and Blu. Much of her free time is spent on the sidelines of a baseball game, cheering on her boys.
