Dr. Deese earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Prior to his optometry training, he completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise Physiology at Florida State University in 2020. Dr. Deese has gained specialized experience through his externship rotation focusing on low vision at the Tucson VA Medical Center, where he developed a robust skill set in managing visual impairments. His professional interests include low vision and ocular disease.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Deese enjoys cycling and running, reflecting his commitment to an active lifestyle.
