📍 Where is the new Richmond office located?
Our new Richmond office will be located at:

We are relocating from our Grove Avenue location to a larger, more modern space that will allow us to better serve our patients.
🧭 What are the directions from the current Grove Avenue office?
Our new Regency location is approximately 6 miles from our current Grove Avenue office and is about a 10–15 minute drive, depending on traffic.
From 3601 Grove Avenue, head west on Grove Avenue and turn right onto Malvern Avenue. Continue to Patterson Avenue and turn left. Follow Patterson Avenue for approximately 4.8 miles, then turn right on N Parham Rd. Continue for about half a mile, turn left onto Quioccasin Road, and then use the left lanes to enter Regency Square Mall.
For the most accurate directions, we recommend using your preferred GPS or navigation app.
🚗 Is parking available at the new location?
Yes! Regency Square Mall offers ample free parking directly outside our office, making visits more convenient and accessible than ever. There are also designated handicap-accessible parking spaces available near the entrance to help ensure easy access for all patients.
🚌 Is the Regency location accessible by public transportation?
Yes. The new office remains accessible via GRTC public transportation, with a bus stop located near Regency Square Mall.
🏢 Is the new office a third location?
No. Our Richmond office is relocating from Grove Avenue to Regency Square Mall. This is not an additional location.
📅 When will the move take place?
We anticipate opening our new Regency location in September 2026. We will share specific dates and updates as they become available.
👨⚕️ Will I still be able to see my doctor?
Absolutely. Our Richmond providers and team members will transition to the Regency location, allowing patients to continue seeing the doctors and staff they know and trust.
In addition, some providers who currently see patients exclusively at our Midlothian office will begin seeing patients at both locations. This expanded provider coverage will allow us to increase availability and better serve our patients. We will have more doctors per day at our new Regency location, helping to improve appointment availability and reduce wait times for care.

Office hours will remain the same.
📍 What happens to the Midlothian office?
The relocation only affects our Richmond office. Our Midlothian location will remain open and continue providing the same exceptional eye care services to our patients without interruption.
