As owner and CEO of Grove Eye Care, Dr. Gerald “Jerry” Neidigh has built his career around a defining belief: great eye care creates possibilities for people.

Dr. Neidigh’s influence extends beyond Grove Eye Care to the profession at the local, state, and national levels. A recipient of multiple professional honors—including the Virginia Optometric Association’s Optometrist of the Year and two-time Keyperson of the Year—he currently serves as President of the Virginia Board of Optometry and Chair of the American Optometric Association’s Industry Relations Committee.
